Free domain hosting with out ads and 99.5 server accuracy?
I host a site and have given our site space without adds or Poupus. (Even though a Small add does help with keeping the site up. but I dont force it.)
The only problem is I can only issue sub domains (ie yoursite.ktimaster.net) and I can give 100-250 mb of space and one MySql database. I also have php, FTP Access, and 5 e-mail accounts

To tell you the truth I doubt there are any out there. There are good hosting sites though that are cheap. For example mine is 18 bucks a year.
Other Replys:me and my friend are opening up free webhosting. There is no forced ads and your ads are allowed. We will give you 200mb of space and 18GB of bandwidth. Also, since we are new and we desparetly need people to join us, we will even get you a domain name if you refer someone to us.
