I would recommend getting the domain from http://www.godaddy.com right now it%26#039;s $8.99 a year to keep it registered. Then I would recommend hosting from a free host at: http://freehostia.com/free_hosting.html

Hosting for 1 domain

5 subdomains

1 MySQL database

10 MB MySQL DB space

- I have had an account with them for the past 2 years and never had any problems with them. Im sure their are plenty of places if you would like to pay for hosting but this one seems the best free one that I have used.
